Say, from your own facts and for your own state, which registrations your premises actually need and which you have been wrongly sold, and know what an inspector may and may not see on the day.
Run a clinic with no beds under the biomedical waste rules as amended, not as printed on the poster: the one-time authorisation, the records that still bind you, the ones that stopped in 2019, and where the penalty regime moved on 1 April 2024.
Answer, with the rule and the entry, why you need no licence to supply medicines to your own patients, keep the two records the exemption actually requires, and name the three things that would lose it.
Know which staff statutes bite at any headcount, which ratchet and never let go, and why fire compliance is two dates in the calendar rather than an annual certificate.
Read regulation 6.1.1 sentence by sentence and run any post, page or board against it, including the clause nobody quotes and the seven announcements you are actually permitted.
Say what an advertisement can cost when no patient was harmed, why "it was unpaid" and "I added a disclaimer" both fail, and replace the claims that engage the consumer law with wording that does not.
Apply the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act to your own material, name the fifty four conditions you may not advertise for, and explain why your registration exempts your signboard and not your reel.
Take a photograph, a case or a testimonial from a patient to a published post with two separate consents, know what makes a patient identifiable with the face covered, and know what a takedown request can and cannot achieve.

This is twice the length of Medicolegal Essentials, and deliberately so: the handouts are documents you print and use, not text you read once. It is written in twelve to fifteen minute pieces on a phone between patients.
How the course runs, start to certificate

Eight written modules. About twelve minutes each, read in any order, at your own pace, on a phone or a laptop. Recorded versions are being filmed and are added to your course when released, at no charge, inside your twelve months. Every legal proposition carries the case, section or regulation it rests on, so you can check it. Each module also leaves you a document you can use: a premises decision sheet, a biomedical waste wall card correct to the amended Schedule, a drug cupboard register, an employment file checklist, a post test, a claims table, the fifty four conditions to pin up, and a signable image and testimonial consent form.

A scored quiz at the end of each module. Five applied questions, not definitions: a situation, and what you would do. Four out of five to pass. Retake it as often as you like, and the authority is explained on every answer, right and wrong. Your best score is the one kept.

A final quiz across all eight modules. It opens once you have passed all eight module quizzes. Sixteen questions, two drawn from each module, twelve out of sixteen to pass. Your sixteen are not the same as anybody else’s. Retake it as often as you need.

A certificate of completion, issued once the eight module quizzes and the final quiz are all passed. It is signed by Dr. Rupal V. Rana, MBBS, DCH, LLB, LLM, and carries a number anyone you show it to can check on this site. It is a certificate of completion: not a diploma, not a certification, not recognised by any Medical Council, the National Medical Commission, any university or any Bar body, and it carries no continuing medical education credit.
