DoctorLawyer™ Academy is the education arm of DoctorLawyer™ Medicolegal Consulting Services, a sole proprietorship. The proprietor is Dr. Rupal V. Rana, MBBS, DCH, LLB, LLM.
The Academy is not a separate legal entity. It is not a company, a university, a college, an institute of any statutory kind, or a body recognised by any regulator.
Course material is prepared by Dr. Rupal V. Rana and, where the material touches on the law, in consultation with an empanelled advocate of the High Court of Bombay. That consultation is on the material itself. It is not a legal service to you, and it is charged separately from any course.

We answer a course question or a general enquiry within two working days.
We answer anything about your personal data, and anything you raise as a grievance, within fifteen working days of receiving it, and sooner where we can.
We decide a refund request within seven working days of receiving it, and process any refund due within seven working days of that decision.
An email sent to us before 6 p.m. on a working day is treated as received that day. Otherwise it is treated as received on the next working day.
Write to doctorlawyerofficial@gmail.com and say what happened and what you want done. We will acknowledge it, look into it, and answer you in writing.
Complaining to us is not a precondition to anything. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are untouched by it, including your right to complain to a consumer commission where you reside or personally work for gain.

We will never ask you, by email, by telephone or on any page of this site, for your medical registration number, any identity number, your card number, your bank details, a one time password, or any information about your patients. If anyone asks you for any of those in our name, it is not us. Tell us.
Nothing on this site is advice on any matter of yours, and nothing on it creates a relationship of advocate and client. If you need advice on your own situation, or representation before any forum, that is separate work, separately instructed and separately charged. Write to us and we will tell you what is involved.
