Every price on this page is in Indian rupees and is the whole price. Nothing is added at the payment step.
Medicolegal Essentials. Standing price Rs. 2,999. Inaugural launch offer Rs. 999, paid once.
The launch offer is limited to the first 200 paid enrolments. When those places are taken, the price is Rs. 2,999.
We want to be exact about the crossed out price, because that is the kind of claim that is easy to make loosely.
Rs. 2,999 is the real standing price of the course, not a number put up to be crossed out. It is what the course is sold at once the launch places are gone, and the system that takes your payment is set to charge it from the 201st enrolment. We do not claim anyone has already paid it, and we do not call it an old price. It is the price from the end of the launch onwards.
The limit is counted, not promised. Our own system counts paid enrolments and stops applying the launch price at 200. We cannot leave the offer running past that point by forgetting to switch it off, because switching it off is not something we do by hand.
If you began paying while the offer applied and the last place went while you were paying, you pay Rs. 999. The amount is fixed when your order is created.
If you enrol at Rs. 999, you pay Rs. 999. A later rise never applies to a course you have already paid for, and nothing further is ever charged to you for it.
What the fee gives you. All eight modules. The scored quiz at the end of each module, five applied questions, four correct to pass, retaken as often as you like, with the authority explained on every answer. The final quiz across all eight modules, sixteen questions, twelve correct to pass, also retaken as often as you need. The certificate of completion once all of that is passed. And the public verification page for that certificate, which anyone you show it to can check.
Your access lasts twelve months from the day you enrol. One payment. No subscription and no renewal.
Module one and its quiz open without payment, so you can see the writing, the depth and the way the questions work before you decide anything. We ask for your name and your email address and nothing else. No payment instrument is asked for, nothing is charged, and nothing is charged later unless you choose to enrol in the full course.
The pages you read before paying carry your name and your email address in the same way as the rest of the course, because the material is licensed to the person reading it.
No goods and services tax is charged, because the practice is below the threshold under section 22(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. If that changes, any tax that applies will be shown before you pay, and it will never be added after you have paid. Where no tax is shown, none is being charged.
Payment is taken by Razorpay. Your card number, your account details and your one time password are never seen by us and never reach this site. What comes back to us is a transaction reference and a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
We do not offer part payment or credit. Nothing is charged until you complete payment.
Within seven days, with no more than two of the eight modules completed, the whole fee comes back with no reason needed. The refunds page sets out the rest, including the position where a course is not as described, which has no time limit. Reading module one before you pay costs you nothing and is not a purchase, so no refund question arises on it.
We may change the price of any course, and we are telling you in advance that the launch offer ends at 200 paid enrolments and the price is then Rs. 2,999. A change applies only to enrolments made after it takes effect. It never applies to a course you have already paid for, and nothing further is ever charged to you for a course you have already bought.
Anyone who enrolled in the Medicolegal Essentials course while it was offered at no charge keeps that access at no charge. Version 1.0 of the Terms of Enrolment promised that, and it stands.
Specialty tracks, live cohorts and on-site workshops are being built. Prices will be published here before any of them goes on sale, and the waitlist is the only thing you can join today. Joining it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Advice on your own matter, an opinion on your own facts, and representation before any forum are not part of any course fee and are not available at these prices. That work is separate, separately instructed, and quoted before it begins.
